The Mission

Hype Well, Inc. is seeking someone who is not afraid of cold calling businesses or walking into businesses and pitching our services, with strong business connections to further expand our social media marketing client base. Candidate must have an understanding of how consumers use social media to engage with brands online. The applicant must possess a strong knowledge of social media tools and technologies used today. Sales professionals will earn competitive base salaries plus commission. The position offers complete account responsibility from first contact to end negotiations, and account management. The applicant must be able to effectively manage your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success. The sales process is extremely consultative and within the first week the sales rep will conduct sales calls and business meetings with managers and executives of some of the local businesses.

General Summary: Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the companies products and/or related services.Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.


  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

  • Breaks down social pages of potential customers and assists them in selecting package best suited to their needs.
  • Knows when and how to escalate potential problems
  • Quota driven.
  • Call a minimum of 100 business's a day.
  • Setting up a minimum of 2 appointments a day.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure is important. (We move fast as a company)
